A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Lewis. I’m interested in ideas and beliefs. Namely, those ideas and beliefs which shape how we live in the world. Those ideas and beliefs which shape our expectations, our aspirations, our relationships, and even our very sense of self.

Sometimes our ideas and beliefs fail to serve us well. In being mindful of them, listening to and exploring our ideas and beliefs, it is certainly possible to learn better ways of being in the world, better ideas and beliefs which will in turn nurture and sustain our future selves.
